About Real Estate Masters Guild

Real Estate Masters Guild was born of a desire to form a different kind of organization, one with more of a heart to serve others, and less about agents strutting their stuff! This attitude is reflected in each of our events and service offerings. When you attend a Real Estate Masters Guild Mastery Workshop or work with one of our coaches, you immediately see the difference.

Amy Stoehr founded Real Estate Masters Guild in 2009. Her vision is to offer a range of services including two Mastery Workshops (conventions) per year, agent and broker coaching services, and a variety of educational and supportive subscription services. Real Estate Masters Guild is quickly becoming recognized as THE place where junior and senior agents alike come together to learn, to share, to receive and to give back.

Meet Amy Stoehr, Our Founder!

Amy Stoehr

Founder and Director of Real Estate Masters Guild, the independent, trusted source for real estate training, coaching, and networking, Amy Stoehr has been coaching and training real estate professionals since 1995. Real Estate Masters Guild was born from her desire to offer a supportive, motivating, mentor-based learning environment for success-minded real estate professionals without big egos and gurus.

Amy Stoehr has had articles published in several national publications, including Real Estate Business, Residential Specialist, STAR POWER News and Real Estate Unplugged. She has also been a featured guest on BlogTalkRadio and RealEstateCoachRadio.

Starting in real estate back in 1992, she soon became team manager for a top-producing agent, and through that experience discovered Howard Brinton’s STAR POWER network.  Believing so much in the power of learning from the best and sharing among the best, she went to work with them in 1996.

In 2008, she left a successful career as the Executive VP of Howard Brinton’s STAR POWER Systems to launch a consulting business that focused on the inside-out model of coaching she had been practicing since 2001. She dedicated her time to giving her clients one-on-one support and attention as they make lasting changes in their businesses and lives. After logging well over 1,000 hours coaching, she applied for and earned her PCC coaching designation from the International Coach Federation. What started as Amy’s coaching practice is now Real Estate Masters Guild coaching services.
