Three Levels of Real Estate Mastery

When we talk about mastery of the real estate business, there are thee primary levels of operating your business. 

  • The first level of mastery is becoming competent at listing, selling, negotiating and closing. 
  • The second level of mastery is gaining leverage and momentum by assembling a team to support your growth.
  • The third level of mastery is having team management in place that is capable of running the business without your daily involvement, freeing you to pursue other business and personal interests.

 

In this video, Amy Stoehr discusses the three levels of mastery with Dave Jenks, one of the industry's most highly respected speakers and authors.  Dave co-authored the classic, "The Millionaire Real Estate Agent," as well as "Shift."  Dave has held executive positions with both Century 21 and Keller Williams.  Dave has been the keynote presenter at Real Estate Masters Guild Workshops and is highly supportive of the work we do.
