Meet the Coaches
Martha Hendrick
"My clients appreciate the fact that I've been there, and done that."
Martha started her solo practice as a REALTOR(r) with a traditional broker. She and her husband Sandy then built a team within entrepreneurial franchises. Martha Hendrick & Company became one of the top ten independent brokerage companies in metro Houston, TX. In late 2000, the Hendricks sold their highly successful business and moved to Bend, Oregon to be near family.
Martha’s expertise includes knowing how to work a leads list to get results. She immediately calls her active list of internet leads herself, and enters their information into her system as she talks to them, explaining in a few minutes what she does and how she does it. Her ability to connect with new clients almost immediately by asking a few pertinent questions and being an active listener helps her zero in on their needs, wants, and time frames. She can talk about specific new listings that meet their criteria on the first call. She keeps in touch with many of her buyers for many months or in some cases, years before they actually are ready to buy in Bend.
Because of Martha's reputation for research and good counsel, many of her buyers ask her to help them sell the house they’re relocating from, too. She often works with their local listing agent on the transactions to help things runs smoothly so they can quickly get into their new home in Bend.
Martha’s side-kick assistant, Boomer (a tri-colored Aussie agility dog) is full of energy, and reminds her to stay organized and stick to the tasks at hand so she has time to enjoy his walks and playtime!
Martha thrives on the challenges of real estate, and thinks of each "issue" as an adventure - if there is a way to solve a problem, she will find it. If not, she will tell you. Martha’s directness in business and coaching is appreciated by all who choose to use her services. She states the facts, outlines reasonable options for achieving results, and illuminates a path to help you achieve your dreams.
One of Martha's favorite statements is: "My clients are always at choice. I serve as the conduit to help them coordinate the plan, and help guide their decisions if they choose."

Anna Kleimer
Anna Kleimer is living her dream and enjoying helping others achieve theirs. Anna and her husband Art owned Preferred Real Estate of Eagle County in Vail, Colorado, a small boutique company that helped buyers and sellers with their strong marketing, technology, and communication strategies. They are known for their dedication and integrity, and their clients appreciate the excellent communication skills and teamwork the couple bring to the table during the negotiating process.
In 2003, Art and Anna realized their dream of relocating to Bonaire, a beautiful island paradise in the Dutch Caribbean. Anna feels privileged to help others achieve their dreams of owning a home on the beautiful, serene, spiritual island, too. Bonaire’s population of 15,000 people provides few “local” buyers, so Anna has become an expert in marketing, negotiating, and selling residential real estate in an international marketplace. .png)
Anna is passionate about coaching agents to achieve and enjoy success in every aspect of their lives. She centers on listening and asking the right questions to help you define your goals. She draws on her vast knowledge of business processes, real estate sales, and strategic planning, for helping you formulate a whole life plan. She helps you create a cohesive link to your core values, while holding you accountable for achieving success.
As a coach Anna empowers those who “know what to do” by helping them actually “do it.” With her direct, yet compassionate guidance, Anna helps motivate you to stay laser-focused on reaching your personal and professional best. Many agents are struggling in this new economy with life events and may need to re-invent themselves or their businesses to achieve their goals. Anna can help you pinpoint the areas you determine are an important to you and your family’s well-being.
Anna and Art Kleimer have also co-authored the book Power Living: Living Your Life, Liberty and Happiness to share their philosophy and passion.

Amy Stoehr
Amy brings a variety of experiences to her coaching and consulting practice. Active in the real estate industry since 1992 and licensed from the outset, she discovered very soon that she preferred the team approach to being a solo agent. Amy ultimately became the team leader for top producer Cathy Russell of West Lafayette, Indiana. In Amy's last full year with Cathy, the team closed 236 transactions for over $25 million in sales volume. In 1996, she was given the opportunity to join Howard Brinton STAR POWER® Systems. Amy was involved in all facets of the business from business planning, budgets, and goal setting to hiring and firing, corporate vision, and development of key systems.
Amy became a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) through the Academy for Coach Training in Seattle, Washington, completing her studies and earning her designation in June of 2002. She became passionate about exposing others to the benefits of coaching and helping people create the business and life they’ve always dreamed about. She applied for and was awarded her Professional Certified Coach (PCC) designation by the International Coach Federation in the summer of 2008.
In January of 2008, Amy opened her own private coaching and consulting practice. Feeling called to serve at a higher level, she launched Real Estate Masters Guild in 2009 to offer a guru-free, mentor-based environment that would foster growth, connection, and accountability. In the summer of 2011, Real Pro Systems acquired Real Estate Masters Guild and the ultimate alliance was formed.
Amy knows the challenge of maintaining balance in life and enjoys coaching others to find theirs. In addition to being coached herself (she has two to three coaches at any given time), she credits her husband, Jeff, with helping her maintain her focus to achieve that delicate balance. Amy and Jeff live in Longmont, Colorado, with their two sons, Calvin and Jordan.
