Telephone One-on-One Real Estate Coaching Sessions
Executive One-on-One Real Estate Coaching gives you ongoing direction and support to identify and achieve goals. Real estate is a relationship business; your coach becomes your advocate, your confidant, and your resource for tools and ideas. Consequently, the relationship between you and your coach is of paramount importance.
You and your coach work in partnership to break through challenges, set actionable plans for your business, and achieve extraordinary results both professionally and personally. You are responsible for calling your coach, documenting your commitments, and providing status reports on progress made and challenges encountered. Your coach is responsible for helping you get clear on what you want, assisting you in formulating your commitments, listening for potential obstacles, and advocating your choices and successes.

On-site Real Estate Consulting and Team Planning Retreats
Your coach comes to you for two to three days of in-depth work. Typically, this includes a review of your team effectiveness, and provides you with recommendations of changes to make. Of special importance is our follow-up accountability management and support for three months following the visit. You'll find that the retreat brings synergy and unity to the team and provides the structure to identify priorities and develop action plans for everyone on the team to move forward.
